7-eleven

Not enough employees in the store to wait on customers. Frequent lines out of the door. When there are other employees in the store, some of them are on their phones and not waiting on customers. This is an off and on occurrence. They over staff during slow times and under staff during the busiest times.

Worse experience ever. There was a line for the restroom with kids and adults waiting to use one restroom because the manager refuse to let the men in line use the Men restroom because he was stocking and had empty boxes in front of the men restroom. He was asked if he can move the boxes so the restroom can be utilize.. The manager refused and insist we should all use the women restroom... To make matters worse, there is no working water in the restroom. Wasn't able to flush the toilet or wash our hands... 4pm 7-20-21

I work not too far from this location so I stop in on the way to work.... This morning I get on line to purchase my items. Ms Maria was dealing with a customer and I was next on the other line. The cashier that identified himself as Navine (I believe) I never saw him there so I'm assuming he is fairly new.... But he was distracted by the other customer and tried to hold a conversation as I'm trying to pay for my things. I had to ask to place my things in a bag and as I put my card into my wallet he tells me to have a great day but I asked for my receipt and he looked as if I asked for his kidney... Then asked for his name he asked why and I said because it seems as if you are distracted by this other customer and he tells me that it's something important going on. Meanwhile the guy making jokes so I'm unsure what the urgency was to get me from the line. Bad customer service today. He was also unbothered by me telling him I would complain. He probably is related to the owner......

Wow, stood at the register for nearly 5 minutes to make a purchase and the clerk was to busy cleaning and stocking the rolling racks for hot dogs and toquitos! At 3:35 in the morning with no one else in the store, one might think the clerk could at least share she would be right with me. Left my items on the counter and left, maybe it was because I was in uniform?! I assure you I will never return to this 7-eleven again, but the shell next door will get more business. So sad customwr service is a lost art these days.

A majority of the staff seems competent and frustrated. The manager, who appears to be constantly under the influence of either heroin, xanax, or an extreme amount of marijuana, appears not to know how stores work, what people are, or basic concepts like friendliness and currency exchange. Promotions are frequently outdated or outright ignored. Have a 7/11 card? Go to another location.
