The staff get 5 stars because they were super friendly. I’m rating the visit a 3 because we were charged $10.23 for two soft serves in cups. One had sprinkles and the other had cookie crumb layers. It’s a bit much for two small ice creams that aren’t even in cones.

I liked this location because of the drive through. Never had an issue the first 2 times I've been there, the last two times the experience was less than great. First bad experience, I asked for cake batter and chocolate Italian ice and they gave me cookie butter and chocolate. Today my order was literally a slushie. I ordered the cake batter, tropical key west, passion fruit, and coconut. The coconut was on top and was the only flavor not melted. I won't be returning to that location.

The Lake Mary location is the BEST! I came on Friday with the 2 little girls I Nanny for. We all got small cones, & the cashier was nice enough to ask if I wanted less on the cones for the girls (they normally put WAYYYY more ice cream than is customary on each cone 😅)! She gave the 3 yr old a cone w/maybe an inch or so of ice cream visible on top, & the 2 yr old got a tiny one w/maybe a ½ inch of ice cream visible on top! It was the PERFECT amount for both girls according to their age & was a LOT less of a mess to clean up afterward (plus easier for them to hold)! 😂 I think she must've put some of their portion onto mine, because mine was also a size small, but was HUGE! 😋
We had such a nice, relaxing time sitting at the tables & eating our ice cream together, & the 3 yr old stated that it was "the BEST chocolate ice cream [she] has EVER eaten"!! 🤣 Those messy little faces gave me such a chuckle, & our little ice cream pit stop put the perfect finishing touch on our day at the park (after lunch, of course)!
I should mention that I also came the week prior w/my Lab! I got a swirl cone for me, & my Lab got a small vanilla ice cream in a cup! He was in HEAVEN, & now whenever we drive by Jeremiah's on the way to his daycare, he starts whining & pawing @ the window, so I'll have to definitely bring him back some evening this week after I pick him up from daycare (as long as he's been a good boy all day, which I don't think will be a problem LoL)! I usually do buy him the special dog ice cream from Publix or Winn-Dixie, but I don't think it hurts for him to have some plain vanilla once in awhile! You have a customer for LIFE w/him, indeed! 🤣🤣🤣

So I'm not really into sweets but my family wanted to give Jeremiah's a try and OMGEEE I'm so glad they did!! Who would've thought an icee and ice cream would go so well together 😋 highly recommend 😍

The sugar free cherry Italian ice is an amazing thing for those of us who are diabetic or on keto. It honestly doesn't taste sugar free. I'm impressed. The rest of the menu is always awesome too, one of my favorite sweet treat destinations in Lake mary. Tip the staff, they're great.

Really enjoy this ice cream, but now I'm so disgusted I don't think I'll be back. Found hair in my second bite. Management should consider ways to prevent this from happening!
