Applebee's

This particular visit was not good at all at an otherwise nice all around spot. I ordered the all you can eat riblets, shrimp and chicken strips. The fries were hot and tasty but the riblets arrived room temperature at best which I quickly pointed out to Brooke the waitress. She immediately offered to bring more. When she returned the second batch of riblets we're plentiful but again room temperature to moderately warm. It was as if they had proportioned piles of meat sitting off to the side and merely scooped them up without warming them prior to bringing them to me. Brooke offered and I accepted to try the shrimp - they were hot yet very greasy. Brooke offered to see if the manager might cook them for a third attempt to get it right. Finally, she returned with hot riblets that we're satisfactory. By that time I was hungry with no appetite after eating the greasy shrimp. Great job Brooke! Now this is why I rated this one visit so low, she said the manager was too busy to come out. Needless to say I left there hungry after ordering all you can eat. That's not right! This visit is not indicative of past visits.

Came here last night for dinner with my wife, sat in the bar area. Dillon the bartender was our server. He was awesome! He had about 8 other tables and I was amazed on how he kept up with every single table and didn’t miss a thing. Loved the drink specials. Me and my wife each got draft beer 2-4-1. Food came out quick and the manager brought us our food and he was friendly too. Great service and food! Definitely will be returning and definitely asking for Dillon next time we come! He made our dinner 100 times better just alone.

Parking is great, awesome location, but staffing was quite short and the food took awhile. Also the steak was almost rare when asked for well done. Waiter gladly took it back for them too grill it longer and it came back out the same. Asked for it to be corrected again and they offered a entire new steak as the replacement. Not the best but could have been worse I guess. This place never seems busy.

I ordered food to go. It was decently good. Nothing to write home about. What I didn’t like (and was a major turn off) was the cleanliness of their bathroom. The sinks were filthy, and made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant, and how clean the hands of the cooks and other people working with food were. Maybe it was an off week for them.
