Panera Bread

Nice mid-sized Panera Bread. Easy on-off access from I-4. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. There is a large sitting area if you decide to eat in and a pretty pond view behind the shop. The store was clean, including the dining area. It was well stocked with a variety of delicious sweets and pastries. I didn’t use restroom, so cannot comment on that. Parking is okay. I parked under a tree and didn’t mind the walk. If you need to park near the entrance, finding a spot that close could be difficult.

I have been in this area for 3 years and I have never been to this Panera.. what so special about this place is there is a very famous trial right next to it.. everyone stop by this Panera to have their breakfast and lunch.. this place is so busy during weekends.. must go place take your bikes along with you..

Nice location overlooking a lake and The Seminole Walking Trial. This is a clean restaurant known mostly for lunch and breakfast but open for light dinner. It is well managed most of the time with some periods of high employee turnover. Food is good. Prices somewhat high for what you get. Good pastries and baked goodies selection.

Giving two stars because I love the food, but hate the atmosphere and customer service. Its ridiculous how much the employees don't care when it comes to the way they talk to others. I go to this location a lot because I work next door. EVERY time, I have an employee who either makes me wait, makes my drink incorrect, or just rude. I've worked in the food industry for 5 years and customer service for 6. WORST I've ever seen at any place. I would say management is good when they take care of me. I've had one bad experience with the blonde manager. I was waiting to order in front of her and she was busy in a conversation with other employees about a guy which wasn't work-related. Then she finally asked me "Are you ready?"...just didn't get the point of the question if I was waiting for her to finish her conversation. I have now given up on trying to have a great experience there and I just go to peach valley instead.
