I walked into this Starbucks at 6:45 am Wednesday morning to order 15 drinks. When I approached the counter and told the cashier I needed to order 15 beverages, she was so cheerful and stated she was ready. Once I went through all the orders, I had her repeat everything back to me. After I paid and stepped to the side, I noted that half of my drinks were already completed! I was so grateful! The staff at this location are so nice and cheerful, EVEN FOR 7 AM!! I will be returning!
***All the drinks were made correctly, none were missing, and they all tasted good. I am a very happy customer!!

Starbucks isn’t top tier coffee but sometimes I’m craving a PSL or other seasonal drink. But THIS location is superb when it comes to staff. They have some of the best employees who are always kind, engaging, and take the time to make their customers feel welcome.

Your average area SBUX location. Staff is attentive enough and beverages are prepared with care (although not always accurately). The drive-thru is constrained by the available space. Come here when the nearest SBUX ‘reserve’ location in downtown Lake Forest is too far or inconvenient.

The staff was very attentive and polite, extremely professional, greeted with a smile, had what I was looking for, were very helpful! This would be one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to, extremely clean inside and out, including the bathroom!

Staff is super friendly and call me by name. The person at the window even asked me how my day was going. We talked for a minute while my drink and sandwich was getting ready.
