Great place to get an American style burrito or bowl. Fountain drinks available. Wonderful and friendly customer service. Limited seating, but still cozy. Plenty of parking.

Food was fresh and tasty, but the portions were uneven between us, so I couldn't tell whether one of us was getting extra or less than we should have. The tables and seating were not clean and had been ignored for a while. The server was very friendly and explained what things were when I asked.

I just wanted to say thanks to the nice guy on 5/26/22 at around 5 pm. He was so friendly and so extra helpful with my daughter and I. Great chipotle location!! I don’t know his name (dark hair with some scruff on his face) :)

Great Place but don't expect them to open on time...they have alot of catering and usually remain closed for 10min. after scheduled opening hours. Other than that good place.

This is probably the best Chipotle in the North Shore. The staff is kind, they give generous portions, the food is great and the line where the burritos and bowls are assembled is always clean and spotless! Keep up the great work, Chipotle Lake Bluff!

I always come here for lunch and I've had a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Food is pretty good. It gets a little busy around 12-1pm since all the people come out on their lunch breaks.
I did forget my money once and the manager gave me my meal for free which was pretty nice of him.

This chipotle is very clean and the staff is very polite. They focus on getting you in and out. Which is always a plus. The dinner rush is mostly 5pm-6pm. Because all the surrounding warehouses are letting out. Portion wise, they could be bigger. But i dont think the employees can really dictate that.

Angelica, the manager of the store, graciously gave me 50 BYGO coupons to be raffled off at an opening night reception mid-August in the local area. She did not hesitate to help out the local community and myself and those in attendance that evening really appreciated her kindness! Highly recommend!

Exceptionally friendly and fresh. I requested to wait for fresh meat and they did not make any faces or acted rude. They went above and beyond the normal customer service to make my food as fast as they could. I love this place. And has now become one of my favorites !!!😘
