Dunkin'

We wanted to get donuts and coffee, but this Dunkin Donuts was all out of donuts. The coffee and the sandwiches we ended up getting were good, even though a portion of the avocado from one of the sandwiches ended up on the outside of the paper bag when the girl handed it to us. The restroom was out of service.

I placed an oder online. I ordered 1 dozen donuts, coffee roll and a bagel. I only received the bagel. The delivery driver was so nice, very apologetic. I told him not his fault... he informed me that dd was not that busy either...I think they have young people not paying attention to what they are doing. But now I have to wait for a refund too.... not a happy customer

This location is terrible. Orders are typically wrong if they fill the orders at all. The mobile orders almost never go through I have gone countless times to pick up a mobile order and they claim they didn’t receive it. And staff is rude. I went in today, it WAS very busy, I won’t deny that but after about 15-20 mins when I was still waiting for a bagel, I went and asked the young man behind the counter, he said nothing, he rolled his eyes and walked away from me. I honestly have nothing good to say about this location, it’s definitely worth the extra 10 min drive to just go to the Hopewell location where the staff is friendly and efficient. I won’t be returning here and recommend you don’t go either.

I walk into the place and they have signs on the door saying they are going to start charging 25 cents per extra shot of swirl for you coffee. To start with this owner already charges money more then all the surrounding Dunkin for his items. Why do you have to be SO GREEDY when you are already charging more money for your items?

It was a breezy Friday afternoon in July. Me and my compadres cruised by the ol’ Dunkin looking for a little snack. We pulled up, we ordered, we paid, and off we drove into a sweet summer sunset. Unfortunately, the sunset was all the sweetness we received on that fateful day, because as we excitedly opened the bag, lo’ and behold, the jelly donut of which I was promised was nowhere to be found. Where is mr donut? Did he get lost on the way to the bag? Was he snatched by a sneaky swallow on its way from the window to the car? The mind wanders to some dark places… RIP my little tasty treat. I hope you’re happy wherever you are.

I will start off and say that the people behind the counter are very friendly and professional. They are always polite and courteous. That said, I have never had an order arrive as requested. At this point it is comical that they keep coming up with new and interesting ways to botch the order. From putting ice in hot drinks to completely forgetting half of an order, to today overloading an everything bagel with rancid cream cheese on what was supposed to be a bacon egg and cheese bagel anyway. A good Dunkin is so needed around here that I keep going back and I keep getting burned. I love the people that work there, but I cannot ever go back after eating rancid cream cheese.

The place itself looks nice and clean, and is in a nice area, but that's about it in terms of pros. During my one and only visit, 1) the bathroom was not working, 2) my wife's order was completely messed up and 3) they charged me for something they didn't have in stock before finding out they didn't have it in stock...
