Agave Cafe

OMG!! I loved this restaurant. I was passing by and was hungry and the restaurant’s decoration caught my eyes so I went in. I lived in mexico and I can tell They have the authentic Mexican flavor!! Beautiful place, awesome food, good price and they treat you as family. I tried Enchiladas Suizas and they wereSO DELICIOUS that I ordered another one to take home for my wife. Muy bueno!! 100% recommended!!

This place is absolutely the worst! I should have left them alone after the phone rang and rang several different times. Finally after awhile they answered. I went to order 8 tacos for my kids and the w lady suggested that orders have 3 tacos per order. I order 3 orders of 3 tacos equally 9 tacos. I check the bag at the counter and notice several orders. So I keep it moving. I get home and we have 3 orders of one taco!! I call them to ask what the heck. She said that because I said “kids” that I should have assumed each order had one taco. She then started acting like the phone was disconnected when I told her the order was wrong. Then she proceeds to hand up and not answer anymore. To top it off the food we got tasted like it came out of a can. Don’t waste your time, money, or effort. Doesn’t deserve the star.

This is the worst Mexican food I have ever had in New York, the tortillas are store bought and they are not even the good ones. The fajita, which is one of there most expensive plates, gave me nothing but a few shrimps, bad tortillas, sour cream and tasteless rice and refries beans, very plain plate. Your better off going to chili’s, too will pay less and they will give you more and it’s much tastier!
