We enjoyed two different flavors, with our preferred toppings in a waffle bowl. The flavors were great and actually tasted as described. Their waffle bowls are delicious and sweet. I really enjoyed the Spicy caramel. The place is clean and nice, a little too pricey but at least the flavors are rich.

I like their cookie dough with pretzel Icecream. That is the only flavor I love. Their choices are limited and they claim their flavours are seasonal because they use fresh fruits based on the season. However I have been going their for almost two years but always have the same flavors. So I don't believe that. Their quality of ice cream and the fresh baked waffel cone which I get with the pretzel Icecream is really good. But From my last couple of visits I am seeing variations in quality of ice creams. It used to be frozen really good and now it's more like melted and taste got also declined . But I am still giving them four stars for my past good experiences for two years. I hope they keep it consistent.

Possibly the best ice cream I had in my life. I had the cookie cough, with caramel ice cream. The ice cream is done right in front of you. (You can see the nitrogen tubes.)

Out of town review - I'd never had nitrogen cooled ice cream before, and was a bit skeptical going in. Turned out to be some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Great staff, fun experience watching the ice cream get made. Highly recommend.

They just opened...OK I'll be the first to review. I'm not sure whether to say I am an ice cream fanatic or and ice cream connoisseur. I love ice cream but I won't just eat ANY ice cream. I only want the best. I didn't know that they made ice cream "to order" when I entered. I loved the dairy laboratory looking atmosphere. There is a giant take of liquid nitrogen in the front which is how they freeze your ice cream to order. First I thought...ow wow this is probabably a good gimmick. I don't know if it is the ingredients or the freshness or a combination of the two but it was some of the best ice cream I have ever eaten. The texture was perfect and the vanilla flavor was just the right amount. They had only four flavor that day and I don't know if that it the plan of if they will expand the menu later. The small vanilla cup was $4.75 but it was generous (4) ounces). The pint costs $11. Pricey but worth it. Good luck on the new opening.

This is mixed bag for me. I'm giving it a four because the ice cream I ate was delicious. But was it "the freshest" or more delicious than other ice cream that isn't pumped out of the ceiling on demand? In my opinion, no. Because of this high maintenance process they only offer a small handful of flavors at once and the price is very high. To be honest it really did irratate me that you can't taste a thing before purchasing and that they had a sign up for a flavor that hadn't "been ready" all day. For people who like futuristic tech and very cold ice cream. Not for people who want some normal ice cream and I wouldn't recommend it for kids.

Delicious ice cream with flavors that regularly change and update. They make all of their ice cream right then and there, which is one of the potential bad things - it can take a long time if they have to make a batch from scratch that you just ordered. But for the most part, it's worth it!
