The wagyu burger 🍔 was very disappointing. Not much flavor other than the ranch and bacon 🥓 not worth the hype or price. Service was good and place was clean. Curly fries always a hit.

This Arby's used to be open till 10pm. It is now open till only 8pm, which would be fine, except they close early. Multiple times I have arrived before 8pm only to be told they are closed. This is one of our favorite places to eat and have been there many times before. I don't get it, what are the REAL hours at this location? Do you want to make money?

Place is never open. They lie and say they are open to 8pm but when I go through there at 6 they have already closed. It’s a Saturday why close that early? What’s the point in having a business if you are never open. DONT GO. LET THEM FOLD. put something else there that wants to serve the community.

Having drive-through only not a very good idea. Some people drive vehicles that will not go through your drive-through. That is a very asinine idea! On top of that you want the customer use Uber eats or DoorDash to order that means you lose even more money and sodas the customer!

Waited 10 minutes in line, ordered a chicken wrap and got someone else's nuggets and raw curly fries. Your llobby was locked so there's absolutely no way to get a refund or correction without waiting another 10+ minutes in the drive-thru line. Completely exhausting my lunch break. To the owner: I don't want to sit there forever again to get the wrong food. I'm not interested in a free sandwich voucher or some platitudes. I want my order to be accurate, especially when you physically cut off all other options to get help.
