Very nice place. The Happy Hour is a great way to try new flavors. I was impressed that they honor the "Free Fries" per customer. We asked for two for our young kids. We ordered seven shakes. They forgot the CHERRIES 🍒 and our kids love them. That's the reason for the score. We'll be back! 😁

I'm giving 2 stars because the drive thru employee was so nice, otherwise I'd give 1 star. We ordered 2 original steak burger's, and they were so cold, that the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Not sure why our food was cold because we were the only customers there. It was so gross, that we couldn't eat the burger's. Won't be going back.

Due to Covid-19 it is strictly drive thru. They were packed, we waited about 15 minutes just to get to the speaker. Once there the guy kept telling us to wait, he was looking for the correct buttons on the register. We finally got serviced went to drive up window, paid only to be told by same guy to pull up and wait. We waited another 10 minutes, SAME guy brings out of out food. Sandwiches were FLAT, like squished, had the bare minimum of ingredients and tasted bland. Milkshakes had no cherries and tasted watery. I wondered if the guy who looked like a manager wasn't running the whole restaurant by himself. There was only one car in the lot, aside those waiting for orders and he took both our order, money and brought the food out! If this was a ONE MAN SHOW S&S should be ashamed of working this man to death without any help!! Won't be going back.

Always good food. The prices and the wait are not so good, however.
They've added a line of $4 or less entrees but you'll need about 3 of them to fill you up.
Place is usually clean. They don't serve breakfast in the middle of the night though, which is not so customer friendly.

I got the double cheese steak burger and wasn't a fan of the pickles, but the fries were good and the shake had some freezer burn in it. None of these problems were deal breakers, but if they fix them I'd give 5 stars

I dont think they have ever gotten my order wrong at steak n shake? That is really saying something. The food always seems to be fresh and correct and they always remember my cheese sauce for the fries.

Our previous visits have been excellent. This visit was not. Our burgers were cold, not made correctly and we didn't get straws for our drinks. We were traveling and would have preferred hot food and something to drink our sodas with. Pulled into the parking lot and called them, dining room was closed, so they brought straws out.
