Baja Fresh

I never write reviews because I'm easy to please, but felt compelled to on this one. Paid seven bucks for my nachos and when I received it there was sour cream covering one chip, no really, just one. I asked the manager, Miguel, if I could please have some more. He was rude, basically said, "sure if you want to pay for it." I showed him the plate and said, "are you serious?" He said, "yup." So unprofessional, and over sour cream! Wanting to be sure I knew his name, he said, "It's right there on your receipt." Guess that's why this place has few patrons most of the time. May as well mention the other lady working had a very loud conversation on the phone while we were eating. Just thought the owners should know this and are hopefully not instilling stingy unprofessionalism and rudeness in their staff, especially in a town like Lafayette full of business people committed to customer service.

I just tried to eat here since it says both here and on the door of the business that it opens at 10:30. When I knocked on the door and got the employees attention she waved me away saying they weren't open until 12. That wouldn't bother me except for all of the places where it says that it opens at 10:30 including the outside of the restaurant itself!
