If you want fine dining, this isn't the place for you. I don't particularly like the fries. That's not their fault, I'm picky about fries. I like mine super crunchy, almost burnt.
The dogs and root beer on the other hand, if you don't like those, well.. you're too posh and shouldn't be going to a 70's style drive in.
I get tired of seeing people leave reviews like they just at the White House. It's 70's drive in food. If you don't like 70's drive in food, then you're not going to like this.
Always a real treat. Took my grandson for the first time. He definitely enjoyed it. Especially the root beer drive over from Westfield just to have lunch. Car hops are a great group young ladies. Appreciate the speedy service. Thanks
I’m so glad I got to try their famous Coney Dog 😋 for the first time three days before they closed for the winter. Since it was my first time, I also had the Kraut Dog and it was ok. But the fries and Cole slaw were very yummy. Of course, I couldn’t leave without having their root beer in a frosted mug. I will be back for sure.
The food was VERY good! I had tenderloin, fried mushrooms & a root beer. My biggest complaint is the root beer was handed to me about 1/2 full. It is too expensive to get a cup 1/2 full. My husband did unknowingly enter through the door that was for employees only to ask for them to top the root beer off and I ended up with 2/3 a cup of root beer. The employees in the kitchen stopped everything and were staring at him like he had 3 heads for going in that door. I was dying laughing at their reaction.
2 bits of advice… if you don’t want customers walking inside the doors, place the ‘employees only’ sign on both doors. The door he entered had no sign. We are not from the area and had never been there. Our root beer stand has an indoor counter for customers.
The other thing is If the foam is that extreme, try to find a way to get rid of the foam so the customer gets a full cup (especially when they are asking for you to top it off since it wasn’t full already).
Our waitress was very nice, the overall price was reasonable and the food was good.
We had a great lunch here today. Great food, great service.
Never disappoints. Mushrooms were way too greasy, dripping. All in all I have loved this place for 20+ years! Friendly staff!
You just don't see drive-ins like this these days! I'm old enough to remember eating at a few like this during my childhood back around the region. Most have long since closed. This place brought back found memories.
The Root beer and coneys here are fantastic. There's something really unique about the chili, it has a hint of sweetness that really sets it off. I love that they have a four pack of rootbeers to go. I bought some to bring back to Georgia to share with my wife.
Thanks for the memories and the meal. I hope you never close. Boiler up!

Service was friendly and speedy. Burgers were fresh and delicious. Fries were hot and well seasoned. Root beer float was so good, creamy and had a good root beer bite. Chocolate shake was perfect. Thick and actually tasted of chocolate syrup.
Since moving to Arizona, I don't get my yearly dose of Dog n Suds. We just came back for a visit & was able to get my Coney Cheese Dog! YUM! Just as I remember! Next time, Boilermaker! I love this place; a must go to!😋❤️
