This place has phenomenal food alright! Took me awhile to get around to trying this place but holy moly I'm gonna have to make it a weekly stop from now on. The burgers and fries along with amazing shakes here is to die for as well as many budget friendly options. Hard to ask for more.
I had a really good time here with my wife. They had a rocky start seating us in the family section then forgetting about us. However when we got their attention they were on us the rest of the night. Drinks were strong and tasty, the burgers and fries were good as well. Now there are better burger places in town but I like variety so I'm not bagging on them but you're not getting anything too unique compared to local venues. The desserts were fun and tasty as well. I'd say bring your patience when you come but it's well worth it.
Red Robin did not disappoint. From the beautiful decor, red dining chairs and tables to the alert, kind and attentive service, I am so impressed. We live in Alexandria and told our server we were first timers he was so attentive. I highly suggest you ask for John when you stop by.
A good place to grab a veggie burger & a beer. Kind of like a Mickey D's for people who only eat plant based foods; definitely fast food, not the healthiest options but the kids love it, and the grownups can get a drink while they have the game on one of the many screens.
Usually a good experience. My favorite spot for crispy chicken sandwich. Check out my delicious chicken sandwich. Ask for bottomless fries as soon as possible because they take a while.

The restaurant was nicely kept and presentable. We had no wait time for seating and was provided our beverages in a timely manner. The food was both appetizing and appealing, and the waiter was courteous and attentive. Even at the final price, we were happy and made plans to return on our next visit. My wife and kids say YUM!!
Too bad Mississippi does not have one of these.

Edit: Since the five star review, this place has changed, and not necessarily for the better. The chili is no longer the same recipe as it was, and was unusually dry, and the burger itself was very dry as well. I used to like coming here for their gourmet burgers, but sadly, a lot changed. The service is still great though.
If the worst thing was the bathrooms being sloppy, then i am not even mad. It wasn't perfect service, but our waitress was on top of fixing things that were forgotten such as crispy onions and dipping sauces. She kept the drinks full and brought extra fries when we had finished. The food was about as good as any average burger place. The boneless wing appetizer with Bonzai sauce was excellent.
I had gone in with low expectations but i think the problems are something dependent on time of day or who is staffed at the time. I believe the shift manager even served us our last drinks after we paid and i had mentioned the bathroom being in disarray. He was grateful for being informed and assured that they would get it taken care of.
Definitely better than expected. My brother was very impressed by the waitress which isn't common. "As long as they keep my drink full. I'm good."

An excellent place! This was my first time at a Red Robin and the food was so good, I can't wait to go again. One of the nice people there, I believe he was one of the managers; saw my phone and noticed that I was answering birthday greetings on my Facebook page, and was kind enough to send out a Fudge Sunday to me. That was very nice. The service was also excellent. All in all, a splendid establishment that I will definitely revisit in the future.
