Food was great but location is horrible. Food was really good, took forever to get in the parking lot. . Nearly 15 min to get food.
Good but is it really worth backing up traffic?
I often get party trays to go from her and the food is great for fast food and service is a plus but I can't believe the lines on ambassador I think they need another lafayette location.
This place is a zoo, it takes 20 minutes to get into the parking lot at lunch time. They need to open another location.
Chick-fil-a has a two lane drive-thru, ketchup packets in the shape or a bottle that is 3x bigger than normal and let's you squeeze or dip, awesome service, great-attitude employees, and most of all, great food!

I used to make the cross-town commute to Chick-fil-A at least twice a week while attending UL and living on campus because it was just that good! The coleslaw, chicken, brownies, and breakfast sandwiches are delicious, and the staff are always polite whether driving thru or dining in. Even though it is fast food, the experience is always enjoyable.
Excellent. Don't let the long lines bother you. They are remarkably efficient at keeping the lines moving quickly.

EXCEPT my Chick-Fil-A sandwich! Those are too good for that. I like it plain. It is heaven. :)
I'm not afraid to admit it . I'm in love with Chick-fil-A. I don't know if it's the all white, tender chicken pieces, the peanut oil, or the dipping sauces, but I love Chick-fil-A. Now, my love is not blind. I understand that it is way over priced. I also hate the fact that they are closed on Sunday (but respect their right to do so). The biggest problem that I have, however, is the locations and the crowdedness of each. Believe it or not, a Chick-fil-A franchise is very affordable. Could someone please open one up on the south side of Lafayette or even Broussard?

I have been eating at Chick-Fil-A since 1971 when I lived in the Atlanta area and my folks occassionally took us out to the Dwarf House in Hapeville (very 1st Chick-Fil-A). Their chicken sandwiches taste the same now as they did then. It's that conisistency in flavor and value that have made them king of the chicken sandwich and the absolute leader in customer service.
Chick-Fil-A has mastered ordertaking, delivery and "drive-thru" service like no one else. Their order accuracy, professionalism and ability to provide drive-thru service that still baffles the burger franchises (after 30 years, no less!) makes their organization my preferred choice in fast-food fare. Great place to stop in ,but disappointed that the play area was removed. The play area was the highlight of the afternoon for many children. Sad that it's no longer available. There are so little places that include child friendly play areas.
Ok so I believe I ordered and in like 48 seconds my food was out to me!! There are the DEFINITION of FAST FOOD!! They even have someone going around asking if you need anything like a refill lol now that’s going way above and beyond but it’s not surprising at all since it’s Chick-fil-A 😬
They are truly what you call fast food. GOOD FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE
Chick-fil-A is a popular place that might give the reason as to why the quality is consistent.
Great food, even if it is a little bit more pricy. It is more "healthy" than other fast-foods, and the service is fast even when a lot of people are in line.
I highly recommend it.

Chick-fil-A was absolutely bussin. The chicken is juicy, the employees are fantastic, and the buns are toasty. 10/10, would eat again.

I usually don't go into a Chick-fil-A but it was faster than the other spot I stood in line so I step into chick and got in and out in under 7 mins
