It's okay. The ice cream is OK, it's ice cream. Not a ton of flavor choices but enough (maybe 10 kinds) but it's not peak season. The toppings bar is smaller then I expected for sure based on the hype (see picture), they didn't even have rainbow sprinkles. The whip cream is good. The candy/choclates are pricey. I'd hate to go during tourist season actually because the place is a bit crowded with stuff and with lots of people in there it would be a bit overwhelming in that cramped space.

Delicious candy and service! I recently ordered several boxes of truffles for gifts and amazed how easy it was to order and how quickly they arrived. I was even more impressed with the quality and appearance as I had to open one of the boxes for quality check. The chocolates were arranged very nicely and the box was full when I opened, really feeling like there was great value. These will make excellent gifts. Thanks for bringing some joy to the world.

Make your own sundae bar seemed very limited from what I remember from previous visits. Staff was friendly and so efficient even though line was throught the store....

Kellerhaus is a family food tradition when going to NH for the summer. The ice cream is delicious and the service was very kind. They have candy and souvenir shops. There is a big selection of stuffed animals for children. I bought a walking stick that was built with sturdy wood. The candy selection was wonderful. My family spent minutes choosing what candy they wanted to buy. This place is a BIG recommendation for families spending time in NH.

Amazing place cant wait to go back there open year around. January they are closed for the month. Thwy make there own chocolate's and ice cream on site.

Best place around to get Chocolate and very unique candy and gifts. My favorite is the build your own assorted Chocolate box. The have a whole display of nothing but dark Chocolate.

Make your own sundaes… I mean yes please. Delicious ice cream abs great atmosphere. Didn’t try the chocolates but did window shop and they all looked amazing. A must when in Laconia!

Great experience!! The ice cream was amazing and adding the toppings yourself really added to the fun. The lines of people were sort of confusing at first if you've never been but once we figured it out, we didn't have to wait very long for our ice cream even though it was very busy. I highly recommend checking this place out, including their candy and gift shop!
