Pizza Hut

Ordered a Super Supreme and it was more like a Super nothing pizza. I have ordered the same pizza from Pizza Hut franchise for years and never received one that was so thin with hardly any toppings,! ever. For thier signature pizza that has the most toppings this is a sad example. Pic included. Employee didn't see anything wrong with it so why make another. Don't order from this location unless you are on a serious diet. Must add, Local Owners as me to leave a Email about what happened and said they Would like to make it right. They left me a email to respond to, So i did and its been a couple of weeks and have not heard anything from back. Not responding to my review is better than ignoring a direct email.

I definitely don't understand the 3.7 star overall rating. This particular Pizza Hut is always staffed with the most friendly people who clearly take pride in the food they are putting out. It's always super fresh, the orders are correct, and ready when they say it is. When we aren't feeling like making a mid week dinner, my family is always happy with pizza from this pizza hut only. I never shy away from giving a bigger tip; they deserve it! Keep up the great service! Delicious!

Typically my experience is satisfying. Although the weekends have gone downhill. I ordered last night and saw that it would take over an hour for my order to be delivered, I understand people are short staffed. Normally, except for the weekend, in the past everything has been fine. Although, this is my second weekend order and it has been the same disappointing sad mess as it was the last time I ordered on the weekend. The pizza was hard and rubbery and very difficult to take a bite of or chew almost as if the dough had been a day or two old and just absolutely DRIPPING with grease from the pepperoni! I soaked up the grease with a paper towel before attempting to tear and gnarl my way into my very inedible cardboard cutout. The wings were cold and I received a bunch of tiny bread crumbs in the midst of 10 actual wings when I ordered a 16 piece. The cookie was gross, tasted burnt, and quite small for the price. After waiting over an hour, I would expect Pizza Hut standard to at least serve hot fresh food but it seems the weekends are too much of a challenge. I'm very disappointed and I spent almost $50. That's a ridiculous cost for such a sloppy mess of junk we were served. I tried calling to complain but was put on hold for ten minutes never to speak to anyone. When I tried calling again there was no answer Terrible. Very disappointed. Will just buy take n bake from the grocery store from now on. My $50 is wasted here.

Pizza arrived hot and the deals were great, was able to get 2 medium any pizzas (not restricted to 3 toppings) for 9.99 each, was very happy with that deal. Delivery driver was very polite, saying "thank you sir" before leaving. This great customer service is what i look for, appreciate and prompts me to be a repeat customer.

Just picked up another big box dinner combo. Food is always delicious and fresh. It's ready for pick up in 15 min less. Just wanted to say thank you for always being on point and super friendly 🔥👌 I also wanted to add that I visited your reviews recently and could not believe the rating. It definitely does not reflect what I have come to appreciate about this place. I did however initially attempt to log a review for this hut, but it was posted to the wrong place. Unfortunately, a less than deserving hut also got your well earned 5 star rating from me tonight🤷😂 It makes plenty of sense to me now. A bad review meant for another hut ends up on your page way too easily. Kudos to the employees and the owner for being so great here!

I usually order from Domino's but decided to give Pizza Hut a try. Never again! I ordered a thin crust pizza the crust was like cardboard and there was hardly any sauce. I've had frozen pizza a hundred times better than this! I didn't have any problem with the order taking an hour however I did have a problem with it being cold. Will be ordering from Domino's for delivery next time and always.

Do not even bother with this useless store- The male employee working this Wednesday night does not speak English or understand it. I tried to be patient even as I had to repeat myself numerous times and still was not understood. I could not even effectively get any questions answered or even an order placed! I then asked to speak to his manager in hopes I could order a freaking pizza, and he would not let me, he tried to argue with me, so I asked again to Please speak to his manager or someone who could understand me and he hung up on me. This is not only highly unprofessional but it's just plain Rude and Ridiculous!! Needless to say I could not get my pizza ordered. What a waste of time.
