Cold Stone Creamery

Usually try to give good reviews but I have had bad experience three times in a row. Last one just yesterday. My son ordered it via the app so it’s ready when we get there. Disappointed. It was late and had to wait but not too long. That’s ok. We took it and opened it in the car on our way. Found both the icecreams mushy and melted out. Like I said, This is the third time this has happened. Probably bad employee training or poor base temperature causing it to melt too fast once out of the freezer.

I can’t at enough amazing things about the crew working tonight!!! We had gone to Red Robin to celebrate my 9 year olds birthday and he was heart broken when they didn’t have ice cream and wouldn’t sing him happy birthday due to short staff. So we decided to try our luck at at cold stone even with a packed house they took 2 mins of their time to stop what they were doing and sing him happy birthday and make his night!!! Thank you guys so much ❤️❤️❤️

Wanted oreo Ice cream so we ordered the one that was supposed to have double the amount of oreos in it. There was one piece of oreo in my whole ice cream. We paid 18 dollars for two ice creams and threw them away!! What a waste of money and a joke of ice cream! Honestly, the cheap Fred meyer brand ice cream is 10 times better than what I had last night!

First timers to cold stone! Friday I online ordered a Specialty birthday cake for my sons 22nd bday, choose delivery (being that I’m in Texas and my son is stationed in Washington I needed delivery) late Monday night I received a “Delivery FAILED message” in a panic I called Cold Stone directly and spoke with Latisha and she was quick to help with the problem… Loaded up the cake in her personal vehicle and delivered it within 30 mins and sent me pictures and updated me on the delivery… I offered to compensate her for her time and efforts all which she graciously declined. A complete stranger going above and beyond is far and few these days, HUGE HUGE THANK YOU!! Hopefully Cold Stone recognizes what a stellar employee they have.. this truly saved the day. #doordash really needs to re-evaluate and do better I know it’s hard to find employees and I know no one is perfect but when dealing with the fact this maybe someone’s dinner they’re failing to deliver Door dash should not be trying to do so much if you’re going to leave people hanging like this. All is well that ends well tho!
