Super cute shop, kind of a hidden. Hubby had my cousin Vinnie,was overall good but the sandwich was a bit dry and bread was a little more dense than he’d like. I had the Coachella which was yummy and bread was good. There was some type of bruschetta or pico on there. Kinda weird but I probably wouldn’t order it again. I believe they make their own bread. One thing I did appreciate about this place is the menu is pretty small. Which insures me that everything is very fresh.

Note: 5-star experience based upon over-the-phone service; quick, kind & informative. I called Aspen Mills at about 9 - 9:15 A.M. on a Saturday (to see if they were still hosting the Palm Springs Cruisin' Association car meet and indeed they are: 6:30 - 9). It was refreshing to have a rep pick up the phone on the first ring and didn't need to have me hold for a response to a direct question. I'll give a review on their coffee & somethin' else this week despite usually having my own coffee, tea, cake or pastry. 🤞

Lunch Boxes for the office was a HIT!!!! Everyone enjoyed the sandwiches, they are a generous size and delicious. It comes with a potato salad and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. This will definitely be a go-to spot for us. Thank you Aspen Mills

Wow. Really good. Can’t believe we didn’t try this place earlier. Prime cut sandwich - Roast beef was so thinly sliced it was perfect. The Squaw bread is super moist and the horseradish Mayo was perfectly subtle. Zuchini and tomatoes rounded it out. This one is a winner. Everyone that tried it all agreed that the Prime Cut was the best Roast Beef sandwich they have had in years. Oatmeal cookie. Also so good. The Newporter - a little dryer but overall good sandwich. 4 of 5 stars. Might add the horseradish Mayo next time and get it on Squaw bread. A step up above TK sandwich. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow ;)

I want to say this is a hidden gem just because I've lived here in the desert my whole life and have never gone here. It's been around since 1995 and I'm just now really discovering Aspen Mills. Delicious sandwiches! Impressive/unique bakery selection!
