This resturant was casual, fast and very good. There are a lot of options in this plaza but I recommend you go here. We had their prime rib & Lemon Chicken Picatta. A mocktail that was refreshing. The vibe was very cool and the staff is very prompt and courteous.

This was one of our favorite lunch spots when we lived here. Every time we come back to visit family on vacation we stop here for lunch. Love sitting on the patio. Great food and drinks. Exceptional views! Highly recommend the tuna melt!
I had the short rib tacos and they were truly amazingly tasty. It was one of the best restaurant meals I've ever had. The bacon Bloody Mary was also exceptional. I'd give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Excellent service too. I can't wait to eat there again. Definitely got my money's worth.
The hostess was super friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic. The owner came out and introduced herself. Our waiter Fernando recommended some delicious dinner plates which did not disappoint. He provided A1 service. Overall very satisfying experience and will be coming back soon.
Dined here last night while staying in the area for a few days and had an enjoyable meal. The service was very friendly, just a bit rushed, so that's my only feedback. Maybe they're used to people being in a hurry... but we weren't. We didn't have a wait to be seated and the food arrived quite fast... but was still a decent meal overall.

The Grill on Main has been a favorite of mine for many years. I've had both lunch and dinner there many times and I highly recommend it.
I love going to Old Town La Quinta for many reasons--the charm, the ambiance, the interesting shops, and the different restaurants for great food. The Grill on Main ranks high in all these categories and I've never been disappointed with anything. The food is excellent, the ambiance is great, and the owners and staff are very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Consistency is important when dining out and I have found The Grill on Main to be as consistent as a restaurant can be.
I also love the fact that the restaurant is dog-friendly; being a dog lover, it's fun seeing different dogs behaving so well on the spacious outdoor patio. The inside of the restaurant is lovely too--decorated very nicely with a great bar with a wide-screen tv as well as having more intimate tables. The atmosphere both inside and out is very pleasant and conducive to having a good time.
As mentioned above, I've never been disappointed with anything any time I've been to this lovely restaurant--try it and I think you'll feel the same!

A causal, and inviting atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and there is a cozy intimate bar to watch the game or have beer, wine, and cocktails. The food was delicious and there is an outdoor seating area to enjoy the nice weather. I will definitely be back and bring a few friends too. Follow me for more places to visit
I had such a great experience here it was my first time and the service was quick it was great quality of food with awesome flavors and the fish and chips was worth it. The Coachella salad was amazing with feta cheese. The Calamari was really good as well. And the Chicken Piccata could of been seasoned just a little more. but it was good enough with the salt I added. :) pasta was cooked perfectly and the lemon butter was exquisite on my pallet will be back again and try more of the menu. Omg great lil place. We sat at the bar and our bartender was fantastic. She had only been there for 3 days and what a professional, classy and efficient server and good personality. The drinks were superb and the tuna melt and turkey burger fantastic. The art show was going on so we had some music good peeps and lots love.
Highly recommended a must try when in the area.
