Sonic Drive-in

Food was pretty good and we were in and out rather quickly. My daughter wanted to use her free drink coupon she got from school. A nice perk for being on honor roll!!! The food was hot which I can appreciate. Seems as though fast food places give room temperature sandwiches. Not sure what that's all about.

It's a Sonic so I'll start there. The food is mediocre but I really dig the selection. If you are in the mood for mid level fast food but with as much variety as an average restaurant then Sonic is the place for you. They also kill it in the drinks department for fast food. I enjoy the pull up bays. This one can be difficult to get to from 301N but it is a decent Sonic.

My experience here was OK; I went through the drive through. The young lady who took my order, and money, was very pleasant. They were quick and the food was hot and tasted fine. Try the Cherry Limeade. I like to get the Route 44 even if I am not going to drink it all; as they put real cherries and Lime wedges in it. For all of you fellow ice eaters out there, they also use the small ice pellets instead of big cubes.

so nothing says great service like when the car hop starts off bringing you someone else's credit card. then the food...he said "oh man I don't know what happened to your burrito, I didn't make it though" then " I am not sure how many ranches you got but you can count them for me" so service is a solid 2/10. then the food. minus the smashed burrito there were almost cool tots and fries, a plain cheeseburger complete with ketchup and mayo, a bacon cheeseburger with enough mayo to make my own jar a the house! so I guess that was a small win. so food tonight got a solid 4/10. because it was sonic and the bar isn't exactly high. save yourself some time and go across the street to BK.

I showed up 1.5 hours before closing. Some menu items were no longer available because they had already begun closing. Most of my order was correct and well prepared. The one sandwich that was not properly made was corrected but took a long time to remake. The staff was polite and as professional as you would expect from a Sonic.

Grabbed lunch here with youngest and it was a hit. The Hot Dogs are to die for!! The Onion Rings are crazy good, love the sweet batter. We ate inside,the establishment was clean, the employees polite and helpful. Service was quick. Sonic was literally across the high way from our hotel. We will definitely return.

The food is great, as usual. We had a little bit of a rough start. I believe the person taking our order was a trainee, but someone stepped in and got our order correct. The staff has always been polite and friendly. We always enjoy coming here it reminds us of our younger years when more drive inns offered car side service.
