They forgot my corn on the cob but the chicken was really good, the chicken strips weren't greasy. I wish I could of had a biscuit fresh. Make sure to stir ur drinks when adding flavors
I love this restaurant, being from Texas I was raised with it. As and added bonus this is one of the few places that sells sweet tea here in California. You can never go wrong with Church's sweet tea. The only thing that I would have to say is a bad thing is l, like most places in San Diego, the lobby closes at 8:00 pm, though the drive-thru stays open until 11:00pm. Still the staff was nice and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean for the location.
I used to go here 30 years ago. They stop making the rice. Chicken is still good. The lady was very nice. I stop going because I live to far.
Worked right across the street for almost two years. Have never eaten here before. Grew up loving Texas fried chicken, particularly fried Okra. I would have been here every day if I knew they sold fried okra. Was slightly disappointed they didn’t carry unsweetened tea as advertised or really any condiments. However, that Okra fix was amazing and the chicken was ok. It would be higher rating if the owner put some love into this place on the little things. Chicken was pretty good as were the biscuits. Wish they offered honey packets for the biscuit!

Food was hot and fresh. I base the smokehouse chicken meal plus a spicy fried breast. Took back to office and it was still fresh tasting. I had to wait some for restaurant to finish cook but worth the wait.
Customer service was absolutely amazing! The lady at the window was very patient, yet fast at getting our order to us! Fresh food as well!
