I loved everything the beef udon , yakisoba but we liked the most was the crispy skin salmon roll which was so good we ordered an extra order !

First time here. I took my grandpa here and I wanted to try a roll and get a few drinks. It was really good. I will be back again. Our waitress was Hannah and she was really nice. Thank you🙂

Good food and excellent service. Decent choice of beer and sake. Japanese waitress was very personable and accomadating. Fish is definitely priced for the area. Overall, it was a clean restaurant and no nosense sushi chef. Would go again. Parking is difficult for the area.

My friend has wanted to take me here for a while because she says it's the best sushi and everyone she brings says it's the best sushi and she is not wrong. The service was so fast and friendly and the food was amazing. We started with the garlic edamame and also received dumplings. We had the Indiana and the Tempura of Doom, the dragon and the hunny. I don't know that I could pick a favorite, but I do know I want to go back and try more!

Shiku is the best sushi EVER! The fish is so fresh, the staff is so nice and attentive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I even made a special request and they happily accommodated! I come here frequently and I always recommend this restaurant to friends and family when they’re in town. Love it!

This place is great! Me and my boyfriend grabbed our order to go and they brought it out pretty quickly. The woman who helped us was super nice and personable, and she offered us waters while we waited. The sushi was yummy and we really loved the chicken udon soup. I can’t wait to go back and see what other dishes they have!

I just moved from Miami to San Diego I want to rescue that they were very kind from the waitress akiko to the people in the kitchen everything was amazing the food skis it's definitely coming back and I will recommend this place to all my friends and we met and I will come back because of the amazing waitress Akiko I hope I pronounce your name correctly excellent service

We came in on a Saturday early evening. It's a fairly cramped restaurant but they were able to seat our party of 5 relatively quickly. The food was prepared and brought to us within minutes of ordering. It was delicious and well worth the cost. The only negative of the experience was the delay in getting our check. I could tell the 3 ladies serving were hustling and doing their best to handle the dinner rush as it started. They were still very polite. I would definitely eat here again, and I'd imagine it would be even better during a more relaxed time of day.

My go to place!!! Great sushi , reasonably priced and the best service in town. For those who don’t know … this place was the 1st Sushi restaurant in La Jolla!!! Just great 👍 I travel to Japan frequently and the fish here is really good! Rolls are original and creative 👍
