SUPER GOOD SINCE DAY 1 I NEVER HAD A BAD SANDWICH I BEEN GOING THERE ON MY LUNCH BREAKS AND I GO 4 TIMES A WEEK SUPER BOMB IF YOU KNOW THE BOYS IN THE BACK. TO START OFF GET A NUMBER 18 OR 22 SANDWICH CAN'T GO WRONG.

Decent, but paid $12 for a turkey sandwich with avocado, that's a bit too rich for my blood. UPDATE: The sandwich is about a foot long and with the chips I was pretty full. I had the Spicy Turkey Avocado Jack sandwich with chips and my total was $11.92.

Excellent Subs... the very best. Grab & Go makes their own Northeast style Italian rolls and their ingredients are premium. Although they close at 3:00 p.m. get there a little earlier before they put their ingredients away for closing.

My favorite place to get a salad I just love their Tunisia salad! I always add avocado it is the best lunch and I'm so fortunate they have one in Kearny Mesa!! Hands down the best sub sandwich place with fresh bread it is the bomb!! They have a special sandwich of the day that is outstanding if you haven't been here, shame on you 😜

Grab n go makes a solid sandwich at a very reasonable price and served super fast. I've been going to the Murphy Canyon location for years due to its proximity to my employer and not once have I been disappointed. My go-to is the turkey and provolone with jalapeños added. Delish

The Pastrami Sandwich, toasted with mayo and Dijan is still an excellent time after all these years. By far my favorite Ruben on a roll.

Best subs around Kearny Mesa. I like it more than Jersey Mike's. A little pricey but I always make the sub last two lunches. Turkey/Provolone is on point.
