PLEASE ENCOURAGE THE BARISTAS TO READ AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE WHITE STICKER LABEL FOR THE DRINKS. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino with Soy milk and I noticed the female barista was busy socializing with 2 customers while preparing the drinks and I happen to see her putting regular milk instead of Soy milk which I specifically requested when I ordered. Thank God I was paying attention to how my drink was being prepared before she handed it to me and I kindly told her I ordered it with soy milk because I’m allergic to regular milk! She prepared it for me but she should be paying attention to the drink order labels more!

I liked going there for the two drinks I ordered and the service was great and the person who made and gave my drinks was very nice to me and I hope to order from there again soon

Whenever I order coffee, it's either from the bottom of the pot and I get alot of coffee grounds in it, or it taste like it has been sitting so long it taste burned. Just once I would like a FRESH cup.

Supply inventory management issue.
I ordered kiwi star fruit and they were out kiwi inclusion.
She asked me, we do not have kiwi inclusion. That is Ok, right?
As if that was not a problem at all. Very disappinted with her response too.

The staff is very friendly at this local Starbucks. I come here in the morning usually before work and seeing them first thing in the morning is pleasant. The only down side is because the staff is so awesome here their is a lot of customers in line and it does take some time to wait. Bedsides that this is my go to Starbucks.

I give it four stars for looks but I have not stopped by yet. I hope to visit the Victorville Galleria soon and will give an update then. There is plenty of free paved parking area.
