I was having the worst day yesterday. Visited this Starbucks to get a delicious white chocolate mocha to make it better. Was greeted immediately by multiple team members all who asked how I was and I lied twice. When it came time to order, I believe it was Katie that asked how my day was. I couldn't lie any more and told her it's been a rough one, but that's what coffee is for. Upon pickup, she handed me my coffee and gave me the cutest unicorn cakepop that I did not order. She handed it to me and told me it's going to get better. She is an all star and all around phenomenal human being. Totally made my day. I definitely recommend this Starbucks. This is my second time visiting and the staff are always friendly and the place is always clean.

I believe Starbucks should start to offer better pay and benefit rather then take big profits.
Seems one can't count on Starbucks paying enough to employees to keep places open.
Maybe this will end when they all become union.

This location is little crowd all the time it is because they located in best location. Plenty of parking spaces and staffs are super nice! If you live around here you should visit.

I would come here more often but I can’t place my order using the mobile app until after 11a. It’s usually busy at this location, but so is every other Starbucks that offers mobile ordering. I live nearby and I don’t want to wait in line at the store for my drink so I’ll just go elsewhere for convenience.

Katie in the drive-through was fantastic. She was very lively and very kind. The gentleman who took my card payment was very kind as well. It’s very clean Starbucks. A lot of people work out of here. The restroom door has a code on it, but there is no code needed to access it. This is definitely a five-star Starbucks.

My son got the Irish cold brew and I just get regular coffee and I asked to put cream, sugar. They did perfect not to sweat.

I was sitting outside with my dogs when Larry came out to clean the tables. He asked if we needed anything? I said I ordered on my app and I'm just waiting. He offered to bring my order to me, which he did. Now that is what I call terrific customer service. Thank you Larry for a wonderful experience.
