Great breakfast spot! Johnnycake was amazing! My breakfast came with fruit and I added the strawberries onto the johnnycake for some added freshness and it really made it sing.

Stopped by while looking for a nice place to have lunch in the La Cañada area. There were a lot of choices on Foothill Blvd, but Dish caught my eye. Walked in and was immediately seated. There was a separate menu for breakfast and lunch, but I asked for both as I wanted to see my options. Wanted something light so ordered the Farmer's Market salad and the SoCal Eggs Benedict. Also, ordered the Lava Michelada. Shortly after ordering my food, a local friend recommended I order the Banana pancakes. I didn't want to change my order at this point, so it's on the to do list for my next visit.
Food came out within 15 minutes and was plated well. Both items were put together with detail and were visually appealing. Salad was very fresh and full of all the different ingredients. The SoCal eggs benedict was very good. The egg was cooked perfectly and the hollandaise sauce was very flavorful. The avocado and tomato was a nice twist on the classic eggs benedict. Service was fast and efficient. Will definitely come back to try the banana pancakes next time.

Had a great brunch with dear friends. The staff is so welcoming. It’s like coming home for a meal. Lots of choices on the menus.

My grandchildren enjoyed their entrees as much as we adults enjoyed ours. The wait was long because of large parties and the time of day. The wait staff was excellent and the children were given crayons and paper to color while we waited for our food. The brunch menu featured favorites and favorites with a twist that were delicious.

The steak salad was horrible. The steak was 90% fat and not edible. We accidentally ordered the salad with blue cheese and when we asked the waiter to change it to no blue cheese, he showed an attitude and was rude when he shook his head because he didn’t like when we told him we didn’t notice the blue cheese in the menu! Mistakes happen. But then they gave us the worse steak ever on the salad. They just gave us a 10% discount and a desert that tasted bad. This place is not good. They must consider some changes. Although they have loyal customers, that doesn’t mean they can treat them unprofessionally. We shouldn’t have paid for the salad!

The banana pancakes are the best! You have to try it! The coffee they serve tastes great hot or cold. All the servers have been very polite to date, so the food and service are fantastic!

I looove their fresh banana pancakes, with their delicious ruby mimosa on a Sunday morning. It's my favorite breakfast spot . Bone-in ham is really good and their potatoes style selection is lit. The whole feel is cozy and their staff is really amazing
