1st time and so far, I like it. Love the bigger noodles, orange chicken was good and the egg roll was so so. Just veggie, no meat. My dad ordered the triple with pork, chicken and shrimp with rice. With tax almost $39. Prices evwrywhere have gone up, but their portion size is good to me. There's enough for leftovers. I will try them again. Good service, food was hot hot and came out in a decent time.

Stopped at 2 pm for late lunch while I’m the area. Ordered General Tso’s (always very good) to go. Lunch menu $8.29 comes with rice and egg roll. Apparently was charged dinner price, $30.48 for 2 entrees! There were no forks or napkins in the bag. No egg rolls either!!!! At this price although the food is good, I won’t return!

Food use to be a lot better. Portions have gotten small and way overpriced. $6.50 up charge for subbing out the rice for a small portion of lo mein on top of the massive up charge I found hair that looked like it had been cooked in. Also ordered the Crab Rangoon and they barely had any filling. Very disappointing and won’t be going back for quite awhile if we do.

Was excited after reading the positive reviews of Generals Chicken. I search for it everywhere I go. The main review I saw said it was the second best General Tso in Knoxville. If that's still true for this person, I feel wholly sorry for you. I ordered lunch specials of General Tso and sesame chicken (always good to have a back up) Starting with the egg rolls. They seemed overcooked/slightly burnt and really had no amazing taste to speak of. I didn't finish 1. Next, the General chicken was standard fare. Nothing impressionable at all. The sesame chicken, made with the same breaded chunks was slightly better. That's what I ate for my meal. The lady taking my order was nice and the food was ready very quickly. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed enough to try a return visit

The reason I gave it a 1 star was the lady working the register did not listen to me! I went in there and ordered egg drop soup. She asked if I wanted to add noodles for 5.00. I said no! When she rung it up she had added the noodles! She acted like she couldn't understand English! She understood me, she just wanted to unload those nasty tasting noodles on me! The egg drop soup was delicious, I just don't appreciate them upselling something I didn't want or ask for!

Well when lady said $41.00 i almost feel out .Then crab ragoon was empty .ordered fried rice instead of white rice ,no onions no carrots no peas ...few years ago this was good spot .NO MORE .o yeah i told lady kids really like duck sauce she gave us 4 packs . If i could do over i would have spent $41 at groc store
