normally it has good food but i went today and my chicken was raw 😭 also does take a while to get the food and they don't have some menu items but that parts fine. i'm just put off by the raw chicken ☹️

Ordered from the kiosk and some items were unavailable. Had to replace some items and then was never given them. They didn’t have the two wraps ($8) so I switched for two chicken sandwiches (5). Was not refunded the extra money and still didn’t receive the chicken sandwiches that were to replace the wraps I already paid for. This is very lazy. You pay people to work so put them to work. Grubhub said it’s not their responsibility so i lost $16. NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. ALWASY MISSING FOOD.

It's got great tasting food, the only drawback is you better have time to spare if going here to eat. The college kids are pretty much always lined up out the door waiting to place their order and pickup their orders. Some of the employees are real nice about handing out the food while others are very rude.

Waited over an hour for my food, the people behind the counter were very rude even while i was treating them with the upmost respect, one person even had the nerve to make a awful comment about my shorts, it was the first place where I didn’t hear them say my pleasure, manager was sneaking free food to people he knew, and to top it all of they gave me the wrong order. Always great fast service! Limited menu due to game day! We always go here on game days, it's our "go to spot" also to just chat and people watch! You see some very interesting people walk through.

The only Chick-fil-A that doesn’t feel like a Chick-fil-A. No cash accepted, meal swipe doesn’t exist, meal equivalency time frame is wrong, my order has been wrong multiple times, and the employees are typically not pleasant and don’t have the typical Chick-fil-A manners.

The average comes from a limitation to the restaurant's range of food options, this isn't a full Chick-fil-A experience. Due to its popularity, it is also quite busy during peak hours. The food is good and arrives usually in a timely manner. However, it is not uncommon to see other customers scoffing as they ordered before you yet they still don't have their order of fries or whatnot.

Chick-fil-A is always a pleasant experience no matter which location you go to. They're always well staffed and curious. Even when there's a line around the building and a line inside you don't have to worry about eating there as it will move fast and efficiently. The food is always great as well.
