Definitely paying for the atmosphere, not the food. The "Ribeye taco" meat is fried...to death...and has the texture and flavor of gravel. My husband and I swapped them out for got pork tacos, wich left us both nausious. The place is cute, the menu desperately needs a revamp.

Pretty underwhelming. The atmosphere is fantastic, but the food was lacking for sure. Strange menu items, without having high quality to back it up. Wouldn’t really be interested in going back again.

Great food here, Lamb empanadas were savory and a nice portion size, all the tacos were great and the hot dog was very good as well!

Stumbled on an awesome social distance dining experience that had us feeling like VIPs. While the Mill and Mine (next door to Taco Tako) isn’t booked, it’s space is being used for ultra spaced out picnic tables under unbrellas with a couch. The vibe was excellent and the staff was very mindful of our space and how they handled the food - which was EXCELLENT! Give their Gin and Tonic with Plum Wine a try 💜

The food is fantastic and has a ton of flavor. The fries come with an amazing sauce that you will become addicted to. The menu options are full of different ingredients that make your mouth water. Jesse from Kaizen opened this and if you're a fan of that, then you'll love this place. The restaurant alone has a great atmosphere and the outside seating is perfect. There's a bar in front of the kitchen and it's really fun to watch the chefs prepare the dishes. It's definitely a great place for small plates and drinks that will have you coming back.

I tried to like this place, but I couldn't. The staff was super nice, and the ambience of the restaurant is great. However, what's the most important thing in a restaurant? The food. Maybe I ordered their worst dish, maybe the cooks had an off moment. All I can tell you is that the wings I ordered we're undercooked, and the crinkle cut fries were tasteless. You just can't rely on strong sauces to give your food flavor: it needs to have a taste of it's own. Sadly, I walked out really disappointed.

Underwhelmed and no distinct flavor in Quesatacos- didn’t pick up mushroom or caramelized onion flavors and definitely not crunchy. Expensive for the portion size.
