Great American Cookies

I wish I could give a half a star for effort. I purchased a 12" cookie cake for my son's birthday on Tuesday off this week. The dough was not done. The mall was closing so I could not call to tell them of my first ever purchase until Wednesday morning, which I did. I took the cake to work with me so I would not have to go home before going back to East Town Mall. However when I call the cookie shop I was told since I paid $22.93 with plastic on the manager could do refund which she was not in. The only time I could get refund is Saturday (3 days later). I was not told to bring cookie in. Fast forward three days later I call to make sure manager in and if she remembered my phone call via her son. Yes. I go to East Town and she asked me for the cake. Huh? Any way I go all the way West to get cake come back to East Town and the manager had left. She did leave a note. If more than a slice of cake gone we can only give a certificate for a free cookie cake at any other Great American Cookie. Where they do that At? Great American Cookie East Town Mall. The worse customer service EVER! The cookie was not done and the manager wanted to blame it on New hire. No refund, because she said they had not made a sale a the store would d in the negative.
