Subway

Staff is polite. Super slow. They have a food shortage, but when you pay online you have to get a refund. No substitutions. Unreal and you cannot even get a refund through the app. I guess you have to call. Poor customer service. Seems to be the norm for subway. Firehouse it is moving forward and I have to drive and extra 10 minutes to go there, but we’ll worth it. Your customers keep you in business so you make it easy for them and not yourself!!

This was an unexpected lunch stop while running errands in the same shopping center. Running short on my work lunch hour I was concerned they wouldn't have me out fast enough since there was a four person deep line. This lady rocked it and was hustling it all by herself. She moved us through the line quickly, got the orders right, sometimes working on two separate orders at once and rang it up. Okay now for the food. It was delish as it usually is from this chain. The restaurant was clean and orderly. I made it back to work with a little bit of time to spare. Fresh healthy food fast. A perfect work day lunch. Keep it up the good work Subway!

This location does not advertise hours of operation correctly across any platform - Google, UBER Eats, Doordarsh, and not even its own website. It allows orders to be placed and money paid (they must ACCEPT am order from sites like Doordash) to turn around and close earlier than the advertised hours of operation. Avoid this location - at least until management figures out how to run a business.

This place stole my money and there’s no way to call anyone. They claim to be open until 11 their app went through various steps like someone actually made my food it even pretended to! Then I show up when it says it’s ready and no one is here there’s no number to call and I lost my money! DO NOT GO HERE!

The customer service of the individual was terrible, he mixed up our sandwiches. Don't know what his name was, there was not one on his name tag. Very meh aura, don't want to go to a food restaurant with bad customer service. I don't expect a smile or anything but greeting would've been nice not trotting in like "I don't care nor do I wanna deal with these two women walking in here." Why should I come back to deal with poor customer service when I can take my money else where and get better service and a greeting like they want me to be there spending my money.

LONG WAIT TIME. Two separate evenings this month I stopped for subs for my family. The first, I waited about 15 minutes for the gentleman to finish online orders and then took my order. Had I known it would take that long I would not have waited. I ended up waiting almost 25 minutes for 5 subs. The second time I ordered online and stopped to pick up my subs. I arrived after the pickup time. I was told this time by the gentleman that he was busy with walk in orders and did not have time for online orders. At that point, I had him cancel my order and we went to another restaurant.

I’ve been coming to this Subway every since this location as been in existence. However, I will never come back. The guy working in there this evening was extremely rude and belligerent !! Acted like he was angry that I was in there ordering food. Slammed my bag of sandwiches down and walked off without a word I won’t be back !!!
