Pizza Hut

The only cheese on the pizza was coming out the crust. The pizza here is never good. The coupon I used was specific to this location. The service is awful! The first picture from the left is Pizza Hut, Second picture is Little Ceasars cheaper and it actually comes with cheese. The Pizza Hut on Western Ave is short staffed but atleast the pizza had cheese on it! I'm over Pizza Hut on Cedar Ln. this week and forever! P.S I picked this pizza up and only one of them was hot. Bet you can't guess which one..?

We ordered a pizza and cheese sticks on 4/17/2022 we received it in about 35 minutes not bad but when we got it the pizza and breadsticks was cold and under cooked and both boxes with smashed. The pizza was a large but they only put just enough cheese for a small. When you order a large it should be covered with everything. No one would want to eat a third of a pizza with just sauce. This used to be a good place to get pizza but not anymore Don't know what happened to them service has really went downhill.

Don't ever order from this pizza hut. There is a assistant district manager so he says named Sam that is rude. This is not the 1st time I had an issue at this store. I ordered a pizza at 5:30 pm on 4/7/22 and it is now 7:30 and I still have not received our food. When called I was told the delivery driver couldn't find my address and that he called me and got no answer. When I asked the manager to look at the driver's phone bc he never called my phone I was told oh he dialed the wrong number. Then they wanted to charge me again to make my order over. He told me he couldn't give me the name if the actual district manager or let me know when she would be in the store he told me he cannot and then hung up on me. When I called back he informed me he was not making 1 customer his priority bc they were super busy. He told me to make a complaint on the 1800 pizza hut hotline number.

Pretty sure delivery driver changed the total. No receipt given. I was also given hand tossed pizzas instead of pan. No one wants hand tossed guys. Tried to call and see if I could return these. Was told they needed to “park me for a while” after I told them i just got a delivery. Literally cut me off after saying this to put me on hold for no lie ten minutes. They then came back and hung up on me. I got one sentence. Verbatim “hey I just got this delivery”… banishment to hold then hang up Emailed Karen manager 3 days ago. One sentence response. Asked what location I visited. I shared with her. Radio silence so far. Never actually received a refund for the above awful experience. Showed up today june 14th to try and give them a second chance. Was given half my order. Got a refund and left. Won’t be back.

Service was quick and the pizza was made to order. The pizza itself was delicious! We really enjoy this food chain given their flavors and many great deals online. This location is on a small, busy street and is very small. They have a small lobby and just a couple of chairs. They have no dining area. I am guessing that this location was built for deliveries and carry out orders, but it would have been great to eat there.

The place itself is small, they only have like 4 chairs. My wife and I were planning on eating here but we found out that it's not possible as it's only to go. The pizza was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They have limited places to park here and they have a drive through if you like to just drive and pick your order.
