Little Caesars

Je'Adora was a very polite young lady. She had lobby full of customer's. I watch as JeA'dora and Sasha, Also the rest of their team work together to fulfill our orders in a timely manner. While filling delivery orders for door dash. So if you're ever in Knoxville come by Little Caesars on Broadway. Ask for one of these young ladies they will take care of you.

I ordered online at 9:20pm for 7 items (3 pizzas 2 wings cheese bread and brownies) for pick up at 9:45pm. We get there at 9:50pm and the food wasnt all ready! They didnt make all of the pizzas. They gave us the wings and we waited in the car til the rest was done. The last pizza was ready at 10:12pm my kids got the 3 pizzas and got in the car. I was still missing the cheese bread and brownies. I went back in and got my cheese bread and brownies. Finally got everything at 10:18pm ALMOST AN HOUR AFTER I ORDERED THE FOOD!! Get home and there is no sauce with the cheese bread and it was over cooked!! Definitely not a good experience!

The store was only online ordering and then both pizzas were raw in the middle... dough was not done. I went back a d explained it to the restaurant and they fixed two new pizza's for me. The employees were very nice and helpful even though some customers were rude about ordering. They had the pizza's ready in a timely matter. I would still order from them again though. It's not like they undercooked the food intentionally.

Brought this home for the family, and ended up having to cook because it was hardly edible enough to feed a dog. The crust was so hard, literally every bit was crunchy or solid as a rock. It had clearly expired in the heating cabinet. The moment I went to leave, the employees followed to go smoke. They aren't following food safety protocols, and someone's going to get sick and then comes a lawsuit. I won't stop eating Little Casears pizza (because we love it), but we, nor my neighbors, will come to this location again. If I could give 0 stars, I wouldn't overrate them with the one star review.

Where do I begin. I’ve had several horrible experiences with the little ceasars at 4322 N Broadway in Knoxville tn 37917. Something needs to be done about these lazy disrespectful young kids. Yesterday My pizza that I bought was doughy when I took the first couple bites. I go back to just get a remake. They say it’s company policy that I have a receipt. But I brought back a whole pizza. Except the 1 slice. These workers are so disrespectful out of uniform and lazy. And the fact that I have to take a pizza that they under cooked back that I paid for is beyond me.

Great pizza and even better breadsticks! The Pizza Portals are very futuristic and are satisfying each time you hear it pop open! The only thing they are missing is nacho-cheese dipping sauce. They only have a very small jalapeño cheese sauce. Everyday low prices and good-tasting pizza keep me coming back!

Was there from 8pm to 920pm! Wathched several people come in order and leave. people with far bigger orders than me! A guy walks in orders after me and gets his order bigger than mine before I did. I asked nicely why the guy walked in after me. The manager who had her ear to the phone on personal calls the entire time. No sorry. No apologies. No discounts. Nothing! Hands me my pizza without a word to me. By the way, I have a spinal disability. You can't tell by looking at me but its severe! No seats no benches, nothing!!!! I will never go into a lil ceasars ever again!! Horrible experience!!! The manager and 2 other employees litterally walking in slow motion. Talking and cussing the entire time about an employee who walked off the job at 8pm!
