Food was great! Fries were hot, burgers were fresh, everything was delicious. The staff was a little disappointing though, it was like they were frustrated we were there. We tried to be friendly and didn’t order anything special or complicated, but they definitely seemed put out with us. Some other customers who came in after us noticed too. Maybe they all were just having a bad day, I try to give people benefit of the doubt. Hopefully next time they’ll be a little more friendly and personable.

It's been forever since I've been to BK for breakfast, so I decided to go this morning and was not disappointed! I'm trying to get into the rewards apps most places have, so I loaded it up, placed my order, and was on the way. How nifty! I went for a ham, egg, and cheese croissant and got a second one free just for using the app! Went thru the drive thru, told em I ordered online, gave em my name, and that was that! Easy peasy! Even got double points bc it's my bday month! 😁 The last handful of times I've visited ANY BK, my order has been wrong, it's taken way too long, or the food was under the heat lamp far beyond its time, but not today! Idk if it's bc I used the app or what, but it was ready when I got there, fresh, not over cooked, and delicious!

We went through the drive thru last Saturday around lunch time, and I could not believe how good our food LOOKED! I have never received something that actually looked like the food on the menu!! It was perfectly stacked and had appropriate amount of condiments. 5/5 ⭐

Average for Burger King. However, will not go back to this Burger King. We waited a full 30 minutes in an drive thru that was not busy for our meals. If we hadn't had orders for 2 people not with us we would have left. Crazy and no apologies for the long wait.

I come here often and it's always spot on Today, they forgot the fries in the drive thru, and when I came inside the staff was very friendly and made it right with no fuss. Thank you for the great service!

Nasty, rude employees and Manager! Asked for their corporate number, and they gave me a false number!Dont worry, I googled it! On phone 25 minutes with them, OMG!! Not ever going back! Go to McDonald's they NEVER give me a problem and are ALWAYS NICE!! Much better deals there too! Middlebrook Pike location is my favorite McDonalds! LOVE ❤️ the Staff & Management there!!

We pulled up to get our order and the manager told us to wait on the side for our order to finish cooking but the girl who service us name Ginny is highly racist and she does not hide it.
