The food is really, really good and the service and the staff is extremely friendly and very attentive, the pricing is also extremely reasonable, 2 meals with drinks and tax was $16, I always seek out these small diners for the home feel and the home cooked style food. All things considered you couldn’t eat 2 meals at McDonald’s for this price and food is not even comparable in the quality difference!! Always support small business over corporate!!!!!!

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here this morning. After many years of driving by this place for work we got an opportunity to actually visit today. The service was friendly prompt and accurate. The breakfast meal that we both enjoyed was delicious. It is awesome to stumble across a local restaurant that provide such an exceptional experience. We will be back.

Had to come back to edit this review- something strange has happened, and it's just not as good-- specifically, the food. Hopefully it was just an off day, but it was terrible enough to feel like I needed to (temporarily, I hope) change my rating. Older review: Julie, Jazz, and Keith know how to take care of customers! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is casual and friendly. Visit on a day that hot ham and cheese is on the menu!

I Love it will be going back often. Best food in Knoxville for home cooking. We eat here often. Nothing on menu is bad. **Jazz and Julie are the nicest women. Went back two weeks later and unfortunately no longer here. Neither is keith, the best cook outside my home , NEW MANAGEMENT/ OWNER. The food was not the same and it took us 30 plus minutes to get cold cheese burger and fries. Which they put in microwave to just heat it up. Hubby didn't like his meal either.

The food was great. It was hot and came out quickly. They give you so much food for cheap. There pancakes was fluffy and golden my boyfriend prefer a more crispy edge but to me they were GREAT! We was visiting family in Knoxville and we love a mom and pop experience in different states. We came from Atlanta. We googled food near us and this restaurant appeared and the reviews where great so we decided to try it. If you are traveling to Knoxville or just passing through I recommend this place. Customer service was great as well.
