The Seafood Pier

Today, My youngest son Rain, wanted to order the shrimp basket and cheese sticks to go. The Seafood Pier has the best to go service for made to order fresh seafood with a touch of New Orleans special flavor. My two sons and I love seafood, the entire staff was really amazing and Jacob S, provided amazing to go service with a warm friendly smile. I believe the location for the Seafood Pier of Knoxville is just perfect near Main Event. The shrimp basket with French fries was really good, with fresh ocean water shrimp with the perfect amount of season. I hope a million customers will visit, the seafood pier real soon.

A friend and I had dinner here the other day! The food was amazing. Crawfish are my absolute favorite and short of being in New Orleans these are the best I’ve had! Service was friendly and fast. The prices were reasonable for good seafood and the menu was easy to understand and order from! We will most definitely be back!!

I hope this review helps the owners of Seafood Pier moving forward. My fiance and I decided to give this place a try last night despite the poor reviews we read. When you walk in I quickly notice how neat this restaurant is. They have put a lot of time and money into decorating and it shows. Beautiful. We were greeted by a very sweet blonde haired girl and quickly sat. The waiter came over, got our drink order, we ordered Calamari, and then our dinner. Both came out at the same time. The calamari is the worst I've ever had. It's the size of your finger nail if not a tiny bit bigger. You can tell they're frozen and heavily breaded. That is all you taste, breading. For our dinner, I had a shrimp boil which comes with corn and potato. My meal came with a HALF ear of corn, and ONE potato. ONE. Seriously? The shrimp was really good, the ONE potato was good, but the HALF ear corn was mushy and soggy. My fiance ordered snow crap, He received pieces of them, not an actual crab but mostly the pinchers so he had no meat. He swapped his potato out for sausage. His sausage was so hard, I could barley chew it. It was way overcooked. The corn was the same as mine, soggy and mushy. Overall this meal would've been about $50.00. I had a coupon so we spent $36. I'm not sure I would eat here again. Unless they change some things, I would suggest anyone reading this to go to Joe's Crabs shack. Same pricing, more food, and better tasting.
