What's the point of asking me is everything on the screen correct when you end up with something different. Also asked for a couple of packets of mild & Diablo sauce..but get 44 packets.

Ordered a beef burrito supreme and nacho grande. No beef in the burritos and the nachos were cold paid extra to have this garbage delivered through uber eats. Definitely will not make this mistake again.

Service was poor and I don't think any order from this restaurant has been correct. Something is always forgotten. This time it was hot sauce even though hot sauce was clearly asked for and put on the screen when the staff were taking the order. Two stars because it constantly happens in addition to the last time I was there only one straw was given for two drinks

i don’t know if it’s new staff but every time me and my boyfriend goes there the black ladies working drive through have always had a massive attitude and smart comments. the foods good but service needs improvement at this specific location. it ain’t the costumers fault you clocked in

I would give it a zero if it was an option. Walk in the dining room to be told “it’s a digital dining room only”. Mind you there are two cashier stations at the counter. So we attempt to order. I do not see a specific item on this menu so I ask. Just to be told “you can download our app and order it from there”. Are you serious right now? Go to walk out only to be met by the smell of employees smoking pot outside. (It’s not legal in our state). The worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant. It was evident no one wanted to be working nor did they care if people walk out and take their business else where.

This was at my local neighborhood Taco Bell around 7 p.m.
I finally received my order and it was not what I ordered.
The person at the window didn't seem to understand what I was telling her, so, I gave her the bag of food and asked for my money back.
I keep trying Taco Bell because I like their food when it is hot and fresh - whenever that is because I continually seem to miss it.
Unfortunately, the last several times the food has been cold and looks/feels like it has been sitting around for awhile.
Plus, I ask for no lettuce and I think the lettuce gets taken off of food that's been sitting around for awhile.
And their Tea is lousy.
Ok. I will wait awhile and try it again.

Took 40 min in the drive thru to get my food. They didn't have a dine in option even though it said they did when I ordered through the app so I was just sitting there forever. Food was really messed up when I got it. People working there seemed nice though.

So, we had 2 orders both with coffee. I ordered a black iced coffee, they gave me one full of sugar. I sent it back and waited until my food was cold for a black iced coffee. When I finally got it it was the oldest coffee I have ever had the displeasure of drinking. And my visit was in the morning around 10 am. My mother and sister had to fight to get a fork and my mom's hot coffee. They were very rude and told her to just use a freaking spoon I hope they get new people in here because these people were very rude.
