Sweet cold ice in about any flavor you can think of... perfect for a hot East Tennessee summer. Large selection of flavors, good prices.

So good! This place is awesome. They have a nice patio with games for small kids and big kids. We will definitely be back.

Okay I like snocones, but these take the cake. The flavors alone are astounding, but you talk about the fluffiest ice I've ever had.. yum! I tried a lemon/lime combo and my friend had the special. They tried a shot of cream on theirs and it was amazing. Can't wait to try more flavors and combos!

Pelican’s SnoBalls is a godsend. Being a New Orleans native, my life has evolved around “snowball season” for over 50 years. It took Hurricane Katrina to make me realize that just because it looks like or is called one, doesn’t make it so. First, the ice has to be the right consistency (like snow). Chicago of all places hasn’t grasped that concept even though they see feet of it fall every year. Second, the syrup has to be so delectable that you can’t detect syrup from the real thing. Pelican’s ice is 💣 and their variety of add-ins and/or toppings make it that much more tasty. I usually had one combination but I love choosing different kinds at Pelican’s! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the best Pelican's we have ever visited, and we have been to a few!! I like all of the flavors that are unique to this location. The color changing cups are fun too! Nice patio area and we will definitely be back!

Not only did we love this place, but our doggo did too! He got a peanut butter pup cup. Loved their wedding cake and sweet cream. A little "runny" but could just be how hot it is outside. Love their little patio. Quick service, friendly staff, and more options than you could imagine. Plus, a good place to dare someone to try a pickle flavored sno cone :)

I was hoping to have a good ice cream but then learned that this is really not an ice cream place. We tried some of their so-called favorite items but we were all really disappointed. I think it was really just flavored ice. Teenagers may like it more but I personally cannot say that I enjoyed it

They're an incredible number of flavor choices. The staff works quickly and efficiently so that the line moves along at a quick pace. The seating area in the front offers shaded tables to enjoy your snoball.
