Loved Sonic since way back in the 80s! Tried the new Summertime Redbull Slush my son had told me about. Went at happy hour and it was only $2.00! Fantastic! My new flavor, I just hope it's not a temporary one. Of course the waitresses are always friendly and nice.

My wife went to get food for Our family I ordered the chicken classic meal and I got a kids meal sandwich basically with old chicken and burned buns. I called and told them about it and they asked about my receipt. What receipt I replied. I have where you charged my card. And the young lady didn't give me a receipt. The manager then stated well there's nothing I can do about it.. well here's your review sonic due to an unpleasant experience. And for the way that I was treated. I will no longer be doing any business with sonic. I tried to post a picture. But sonic doesn't have that option on they're reviews.

Trash customer service.
They refused to bring my food to my truck, which would not fit under their pavilion. I’m parked 10 feet away from their kiosk sign I ordered from, but they wouldn’t bring my food
I loved having to stand outside in the heat while I waited for my food.

Went to a new Sonic. Parked. App would not let me order like I normally do. I pushed the red button. I was told they are only serving through the drive in window....really?? It's a Sonic.... We left. I ate Arby's that night.

Food was hot and delicious! We had to wait a little while because they were short staffed but I totally respected the fact that she was up front and told us about the wait. She was still so nice when she made it to the car, even with the struggle going on. I really don't understand how people lose the compassion for others.

There’s always something up with this sonic, cups either stink, order messed up, longer waits than other area sonics (even pre Covid-19), or attitude from staff, there is always something. The sonic in FC is so much better than this location.

I was given the wrong burger that seemed like it was in the the foil for quite some time since the bun had started to harden. I now know to check the food before leaving. The oreo blast was good.

I had the CroisSONIC Sandwhich meal and it was awful. Grease was leaking through the bag from the tots (which were fine despite this), but the sandwhich was terrible. I took one bite and threw the rest out. Stick with lunch/dinner... I will NOT be back for breakfast.
