Subway

Absolutely horrible. Every time I order from this location my order is ALWAYS wrong. This past experience was ultra frustrating. I ordered online before I left work - which is 40mins away by the way - for a later time so it was ready when I was actually going to get there. When I arrived, there were 4 people waiting and only ONE girl working. She finished her current order, asked if anyone had an online order and started making mine. So not even started when it was supposed to be ready. It was busy, fine I let it go. She starts making my two subs and messes up on the one, debates about a refund before just remaking it. Gives me the bags with what she claims is the correct order this time. When I got home and looked at them… BOTH SUBS WERE COMPLETELY INCORRECT! I don’t understand… its written on a piece of paper. I feel kind of bad for the girl, it had to be overwhelming but still… twice it was wrong. Horrible service. One girl working. Will never be going here again.

I ordered a sub and 2 bag of chips, when I receive my order from door dash the driver tells me that the lady told him they didn't have my chips here you go he can have these... um excuse me why didn't subway call me to see if I wanted to cancel or to pick my own chips the disrespectful and last of customer service is why I will never go back and don't worry I made a review for door dash as well. I basically spent 7 dollars on chips that I don't eat or like.

Horrible experience, 2 days in a row. First, on Tuesday the one in Gibbs was out of every kind of sandwich we asked for, all three & they are always out of something. Then, I tried the store in Halls Wednesday on my way home from work. I cannot stand very long because of a back injury but I literally had to stand in line 45 minutes with only 3 ppl in front of me when I got there. She claimed she was completely out of tomatoes! My last time!

I was in this place today and this young indian lady was working in the store, at first she seemed nice and clean as the workers should be. So i started to order my sandwich and i noticed that she had the same gloves on from the last person she rung up. I didnt mind it that much until she put her hand inside her shirt and in the back of her pants and started scratching. She thought i wasnt looking and immediately touched my bread and the meats on my sandwich. So i called her out on it and asked her to wash her hand change gloves and make me another one. And she told me she couldn't because they were low on food snd was waiting for the truck to come in ..At that point i was mad at the extreme disrespect for the customer. Safe to say i will never eat there again and the ladys name was vidhi i think so if you see her just run away!

My two star isn't a direct reflection of the employees but a reflection of the location. They are under staffed and out of a lot of things . We order online and every time it's not ready when we get here . If this location had the proper staffing to accommodate then they would likely be a good location. When I walked in the lady leaving with her order said "good luck" . These other reviews are spot on .
