Jet's Pizza

Staff was very friendly. I had never eaten here before but my friend talked highly of it so we decided to stop in and get a small pizza and their 6 cheese cheese sticks and oh my Lord their cheese sticks were out of this world. The pizza was good to. The ranch was homemade and delicious. Highly recommend

I ordered two large thin crust pizzas for delivery. When my food arrived one of my pizzas appeared to have been dropped, all of the toppings were off to one side. So we told the driver and he apologized and said that he would take the pizza back, bring us a new one, and give us a refund. Called Jets to them about the driver returning with my pizza and they said sorry he misspoke because we are only able to give you a new pizza or refund, not both. I told them I already waited a hour for my first delivery and now have to wait another hour for my new pizza. Also, the thin crust pizzas are always cut into squares and now they have started cutting them in triangles. If changes are being made, you should always inform your customers of those changes. I’ve been a loyal customer until now! So disappointed and will no longer be recommending them to family and friends.

Well I've always ordered from this jets since I've been in Bearden. It's slowly went down hill everytime I order something isn't right and now I just found out the last delivery I had the person who delivered my pizza it took over an hr on a week day and the pizza was gross but on top of that he gave himself a $6 tip. My husband accepted the pizza and the guy said he forgot the receipt I didn't think anything about it at that time bc it's never been a problem but this time we got robbed of $27 for a small pizza.. I won't be ordering from this jets anymore. I hope no-one else gets robbed of their hard earned money.. We work to hard for our money now days for someone to just decided their just going to take what they think they deserve.. Shame on you!!!

My wife and I came in to eat yesterday evening Friday May 20th, after our dinner the check came out as $27.29, so I authorized $27.29 and my wife left a $6.00 tip. Upon checking my debit account the next day, I saw a charge for $33.29 on my account, therefore the guy Ryan P. doubled his tip. This is not appreciated nor was it authorized. I am NOT HAPPY WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE. I WILL BE CONTACTING as ANGELA ON MONDAY AT 9AM for not only the SIX DOLLARS HE TOOK FROM MY ACCOUNT,BUT FOR THE SIX DOLLARS IN CASH THAT WAS LEFT FOR THE TIP.
