Insomnia Cookies

I am not satisfied with the service, that I have been provided lately. The theme of this establishment is warm cookies, which we never do receive. I have been informed either they are warm(lies)or they do not have a warmer(lies)to warm up the cookies. Either they’re cold or hard as a brick. Previously, I have found human hair in the box alone with my cookies 🤮. Every-time I go there everyone is boo’d up, playing loud music, or with their heads in their devices. Overall the customer service are friendly just a little bit too characteristic and unprofessional.

Clean environment. Delicious menu selection. I don't understand why I was only allowed one plastic spoon when my order was for two people. The employee told me defensively that "this was 2022, who doesn't have spoons at home?". I am still confused about the issue, what does the current year have to do with two complimentary plastic utensils?

Well the delivery person was nice and sweet. My order was missing two items. I was expecting things to be at least warm considering im only 5 mins from the store... The cookies are okay in taste I think the cookie store in the mall taste better for real for real Ehhhhhhhhhhh Edit:—- so i called to get the missing two items and they were both came wrong... i tried calling again and they were trying to refuse to give my items that i was missing. But... they finally agreed to send me my missing items... so round 3?

Yeah the cookies are good. They're really not any better than the ones at Subway that are 1/3 the price, but they keep them in a warmer, so at the moment of purchase they do seem pretty amazing. The college angst that serves them is kind of a turn off (it is on UT campus) and the quart of milk selling for as much as a gallon does down the street leaves you feeling a little used. But we'll be back none the less.
