Lenny's Sub Shop

I absolutely give Lenny's restaurant four stars only to say I've never been to the restaurant itself but I'm sure it could only get better after meeting owner/operator, super nice guy, Yash Patel. It speaks mountains for he himself to deliver our food for our employee lunch I got a Philly steak sub sandwich even after the timed delivery it was hot! There bread smelled amazing and the onions were to die for, others had grilled chicken subs and said they were fantastic so that will be my next sandwich can't wait thank you Josh Patel.

Customer service was great! But as many times as I have ordered the same Med Philly no onion and extra cheese. I definitely did not get what I have gotten in the past. No extra cheese and the amount of meat I got on this sandwich was for maybe a 5 inch sandwich. So the $10 I spent on this was very disappointing.

Great food and staff... 100% better than your average sandwich shop. If your in the market for a sandwich or salad (hot or cold), or looking for a great meal on your lunch break, I would definitely recommend Lenny's. P.S -- the Lenny's reward program is also a good option if you eat there often. I get free food about every 2nd or 3rd time I go.

I remember when they had employees that had been working here for years and now it's a new crew every time and the customer service is terrible. I talked to a friend who used to work here and it appears that the owner decided that in order to "maximize profit" he figured cutting pay and hiring people for less was the best solution. From the other reviews I'm seeing it appears as though I'm not the only one who's noticed. Remember that you get what you pay for and a few dollars saved might end up costing you more in the long run. It also seems like this is probably the case for this particular owner because I seem to remember that there were five Lenny's sub shops in Knoxville before and now there's only two.

This place is a hot mess. Placed an online order and when we got there, they were out of bread because they “forgot” to bake it. They said we could wait 45 min. We tried to get a refund, but they didn’t know how to do it! Additionally, the woman making sandwiches was eating her own sandwich while standing on the line making sandwiches. That’s gross. It didn’t seem like there was any management to help.
