In the past year deliveries have become extremely inefficient! Multiple times my order was delivered over an hour after it was out of the oven. This was done with zero compensation or discount for cold, hard food. Im sad to say I will be taking my pizza orders to another company.

Ordered pizza and cheese dip with garlic twists online. We arrived at the restaurant before our order was ready .
What I did not care for was whe we walked in we were greeted with, "It was just put in the oven and will be a minute." Not a way that I would welcome guests especially since you did not know if it was my order or not.
We enjoyed the massive chalkboard to write on and it helped to pass the time until our order was ready.

Came in tonight ordered a large 3 topping bacon sausage Xtra cheese and bread bites.its Friday and busy the one guy kept thanking me for being so patient..we Really Really appreciate all you guys and your hard work and effort..keep up the great job☺

If you drive in the knoxville/ Kingston pike area careful of one of their drivers driving a Ford f150 with military stickers all over the back of it. Was driving home and he almost runs me off the road, tried to make a complaint to management and was told there's nothing they can do due to short staffing.

Food literally never came, tried calling 3 times, first call assured me the food was out for delivery, 2 call said they were remaking my order, 3rd call told my my order would be there shortly here I am 4 hours later no food, no call, Don't waste your time ordering pizza here you'll never get it. Lastly this location is 5 minutes away. ***Update: the manager did remake my order and allowed me to pick it up myself as well as refunded my order so that made things a lot better, management and staff were also very kind.

Haven't had good experiences at this location lately. Recently ordered garlic parmesan wings and received what looked like wings covered in ranch dressing. another time I ordered a sandwich and an hour later had not received it. After calling the store I was informed they had no bread to make the sandwich, no one from the store tried to inform me of this. dunno what’s going on there, but maybe avoid this location till they get their management issues sorted out.

Today, Brian delivered the food I ordered. Please give him some kudos. He is the most professional, courteous, and friendly delivery driver I have had in this town. Most of them are rude. Not Brian. He was great and thank you.
