Great little spot with amazing beef ribs and tons of sides. Mac N Cheese and Sweet Potatoes with marshmallows were the best i have ever had (and i am form the south). Expect to make a mess but if you don't make a mess with BBQ then you are doing it wrong.

They have the best Sunday brunch, home cooked meals at a great price.

When I tell y’all that was the most seasoned, thicccccckest chicken breast I have ever had! I’m annoyed I was only visiting Knoxville because I won’t have a chance to visit this lovely place again in the near future.

I miss this place so much. It’s one of my favorite restaurants in Knoxville. I am missing this gem so much right now, because of the fire. I love their chicken thighs, chicken and dressing, fried catfish, fried okra, country fried steak, green beans, mixed greens, collard greens, and desserts. Their macaroni and cheese is my favorite in town. It is the exact same kind I had when I was in daycare. I hope that they will be open again soon.
I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. They have fried or rotisserie chicken, both are great, but fried is my favorite. The Chicken and BBQ ribs are HUGE. If you want good home style food with no frills, look no further. Everyone there is super nice and everything is a la carte so you can get exactly what you want at great prices. Chicken isn't spicy, which I like, but they do have hot sauce if you need to spice things up.
Folks love the chicken here. Not as tidy as it should be. But I frequent this location several times a year. Call ahead on Sundays for pick-up orders. Mac 'n cheese good, cabbage, green beans are great, fried fish and okra on demand are good. Have some extra time as well. Fried chicken breasts are huge. Skin is so tasty. Meat sometimes bland & dry. Overall, people love this place.
