Hibachi Factory

I am disappointed at the food, the meat is burned and no taste or enough sauce, old vegetables, and the rice is very greasy in one ball piece. Worst food ever. I throw it in the trash. Never left a review for a restaurant before, this is my first disgusting time. Please, for the 5 stars fake reviews, you are just liars.

The employee in the front of the store who was also cooking was scratching his arms, he didn't have on any gloves, and the restaurant was filthy. The floors were dirty, they had an open container of rice on the floor, the counters, sinks, or work station had not been wiped down, and the employees weren't friendly. The food tasted horrible I will never spend my money with hibachi factory again

We ordered the online special and picked up. They forgot our drinks and the food was smashed in the box so much so that you couldn't get to anything without it getting everywhere. The chicken didn't even taste like it had any flavor and the "fried" rice was not fried rice. It was white rice with soy sauce on it. My husband also saw one lady in the back rubbing all up in her nose... :-/ And the zucchini was zucchini skin. The egg roll was greasy and gummy. Avoid.

Food: 2/10 Wait: 1 /10 Experience: 10/10 Usually I wouldn't do a review, but it's not every day your vegetables are screamed at before they're thrown on the grill either. The tweaking cook running around saying "woo" or "Jesus God help me my eyes my eyes!" Really assured me of the effort put into my meal. Overall the atmosphere of the lobby is what made this meal enjoyable. The single well fed piss ant on the table really brought me back to nature. 10/10 will come again. (The dark haired lady was super nice though)

One of the worst experiences I've had with a restaurant. HORRIBLE customer service. Been a manager for almost 20 years, and then know you do not treat people with that disrespect. An elderly lady said she had waited an hour, and I waited 30 myself sitting there for my mother before I cancelled, but the staff was hateful, and the district manager did nothing at all besides saying sorry and they will have a talk. Definitely will NOT be back after using them for years with lots of delivery too. Staff is getting hateful. My mom wanted one good hibachi meal after serving overseas for 11 months, and those people were the most rude people I’ve encountered in awhile.

I've been going here for years and years. The price is a little expensive for one person, but the meals you get are pretty big. Sometimes I struggle to even finish them, haha. But overall the food quality is usually excellent, and so far every employee I have dealt with has been very helpful. Definitely sign up for the rewards program if you plan on eating from here more than a couple times. Also, don't forget about the discounts for online orders on, I think, Wednesdays.
