Taco Bell

Ordered the Deluxe Cravings Box to go. Did not want sour cream (allergic) and ate the Chalupa first no problem then the Loco Taco... good the took a bite from the burrito and “WHAM” sour cream..!&#!+ I was already long gone, was just passing through town. Instead of relying, I should of checked! Obviously will not return, will go elsewhere and check my order.

Fast service. That said I rate it a four star because it’s not meant to be a sit down restaurant. It’s a go to for a crunchy little taco with not a lot of stuff. ( Other than the lettuce). Very inexpensive and will continue to go there when I need something while on the run. I think you get more for your buck having a burrito because , as stated above, tacos don’t have much meat on them.

I was here today around 7. The drive through was backed up and people were waiting in the lobby for food. They were so busy I was a lil concerned about what the quality of the food would be that I ordered/ how long the wait would be. I heard folks in the kitchen talking about taking breaks later so that they could fill orders and working as a team to get food out the door. I was highly impressed by their work ethic, great personalities and the hot high quality food that I received in a timely fashion. Good job folks!

Do the cinnamon twists even exist? I've been here 4 times now and ordered them with my meal and never once received them with my order. I need to do a better job checking the bag before leaving the drive through window, because apparently the employees don't care do thier job. Drive through takes 20 plus minutes to get through. The drive through employees hired are extremely slow at thier job and struggle to keep up. The window worker handed me my drink with a broken lid and soda pouring down the side of the cup.
