Mcdonald's

Absolutely awful experience. My husband and I got 2 cheeseburgers and fries. It was ALL COLD. The fries were hard and stale. Not even reheating them in the oven was enough to save them. And I've never recieved a cold cheeseburger before, anywhere. I can't believe they thought this was acceptable. It's pretty freaking obvious that they just gave us whatever old food they had left over because it was 30 minutes before they closed. I work in fast food. I'd NEVER do that. Every customer deserves the same quality food, and these employees are obviously just lazy and wanted to go home. We wasted our money and time getting that food, and because it was late, we didn't have any other options because we just moved and our fridge is empty and we didn't realize they were so incompetent until we got home (only a 5 minute drive, so not the culprit). I'd give this store 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your money. My husband works at the Walmart this McDonald's is in and said that during the day it is pretty awful too.

Horrible customer service. Went there with my son for ice cream. The people ahead of us ordered a cone. Then after we sat there for 5 minutes the people with a cone said they just ordered a cone and was wondering where it was and the employee said to the customer "you along with everyone else". We waited another 5 minutes for our ice cream. While we waited we watched an employee arguing with a manager. Another employee being rude to customers, just no customer service at that store whatsoever. And they were super slow and not even busy.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit this morning...after heading back towards home for about 30 minutes I decided to chow down seeing as how I was starving at the moment... opened my wrap and viola...I got the nastiest thing on the menu...a mcgriddle...I hate those things with a passion... my dogs ate the bacon egg and cheese but even they won't touch that nasty bread... thanks for ruining my breakfast McDonald's.
