Burger King

Best burger king meal I've had yet. French fries were hot and fresh, perfect amount of salt. Both our burgers (bacon king and impossible burger) were perfectly made with lettuce and tomato evenly placed (yes a lot of the time they do it sloppy and this was perfect). The woman with glasses and long dark hair was working at the window this was about 7pm on 2/13 Sunday night. Thank you for the great meal, I actually like burger king again.

My first time ordering with door dash and mozzarella sticks were not on the menu. I called the restaurant to ask if they had them and the woman on the phone was SO nice and accommodating! She added them to our order right away and was so pleasant I had to write this review. I’d like to thank her for making what was a very frustrating evening that much better :)

I barely have words for my experience here. 20 minutes for a refund After a less than pleasant experience with a cashier who gave me a false name, I decided to go in and speak with the manager to get my order fixed. Instead of just replacing the sandwich that the cashier rang up wrong she made us wait to get a refund from the manager who was busy working their backline. Clearly short staffed but it's no excuse to have an employee of any type so willing to shout at a customer calling them a liar and basically rather would fist fight it out to solve her own aggression issues with a customer. Even the manager had to tell her enough and be quiet. After the manager listened to me she said if she had known all I wanted was a replacement she would have. Damage is done. That's what happens when you let the cashiers run the store and you run the backline. A circus. Got a refund and went to McDonald's where the service was amazing.

Stopped on our way back from vacation. Food was mediocre. A little cold. Kid at register was rude. Their dining room and bathrooms were closed due to the pandemic. (No biggie). But we asked if there were public restrooms around and he said “probably not.” Then we realized there is an outlet mall across the street. Sure enough… public restrooms. Thanks kid.

This is not the place to come if you have food allergies. I ordered a Whopper with NO onions and milk at the drive through. When I got the food, there were onions. The place is locked and only drive through. With a long line of cars there was nothing I could do but pick off the onions. However, you still had the strong taste of onions in the food. It was not a long complicated order.

Unfortunately being in a popular place such as Kittery this Burger King gets a zero for customer service. The people who were working the counter had a really bad attitude. For whatever reason they had an adversity with me using coupons. There was only one person working the cooking area at 4pm and it took at least 6 minutes to get our order. And yea...by the time we walked out to the car it was cold. Do yourself a favor and hit the local restaurants. For the money you will spend at Burger King at least enjoy the better service and better quality food.

This is by far the dirtiest BK I have ever been too. All the tables were filthy and the floor has food all over it. We asked to to have a table wiped off and they did but did not take the time to wipe any others off. The food was fine bit they need to spend some time and effort on the dining room. It was not busy when we arrived.
